Great Attachment for Home Bakers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing attachment. I enjoy baking cakes and cookies from scratch using recipes handed down to me from mother, grandmothers, and aunts.. Those recipes require sifting dry ingredients together and this sifter an scale works like a charm!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always wanted digital scale, so bought sifter/scale attachment for KAid Pro-Line to have stand-alone scale. Revolutionized my baking due to accurate measurement, uniform flow, and constant mixing without the exertion. Simple to follow instructions of assembly, disassembly, and use. Note of brown sugar is quite valuable for maximum effectiveness. Appreciate the measurement conversion on the box and the handy pocket for the manual.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want to step up your baking to the next level consider this attachment for your mixer. Due to not knowing how much air is in your flour the amount of your recipe may be off a little causing inconsistent batches. This little marvel will weigh your flour VS measuring by volume. There is a conversion scale provided to convert weight to volume that your recipe calls for. Once you have the exact amount of flour you simply dispense it directly from the hopper into the mixer bowl through the attachment. Your dry ingredients are sifted perfectly a little at a time providing little to no dry mix sticking on the bowl side. While the dry ingredients are being added you can move on to other food prep or simply catch up on other tasks. Clean up is a breeze too. You can use the scale freestanding also if you want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Sifter + Scale Attachment days ago and so far is has been great! I'm pretty old school and used to baking the old school way with measuring cups and a big mess, but this is so much better for weighing my flour properly and staying somewhat neat while I bake. I also find that it is very easy to use and has a nice modern day look to it.. The sifter mixes really well especially when baking large amounts and the scale weighs accurately. This is perfect for someone who does a whole lot of baking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I make cookies periodically and I've gotten into baking bread recently. I usually sift flour using a cheap sifter and I saw this product and thought I'd give it a try, particularly because there is a difference between weight and volume of ingredients. I made a couple of batches of cookies using the correct weights and it really, really makes a difference. The device is easy to set up and it takes only a minute to attach it to my Artisan. It has a digital scale so you can load the cup with ingredient, then start sifting and watch it work. The unit is easy to clean up. I store it in the box it came in and keep it in my cupboard. The scale is portable and I use it regularly for dinner recipes. A really, really nice product and essential for better baking!
