My New Favorite Way to Add Flour

I primarily use my KitchenAid for baking and adding flour has always been my biggest pet peeve (albeit an insignificant issue). I've ladled the flour mixture in slowly with a spoon, as well as tried the folded parchment paper method among other ways of adding flour, but it's almost always resulted in a flour dust "storm." The sifter attachment sifts the flour mixture and gradually adds it to the wet ingredients so it gets incorporated slowly. Now I am 100% spoiled when I bake. It's almost silly how easy it is now. I also love that the scale can be used as an attachment to the KitchenAid or on the countertop, making it versatile. I definitely recommend this attachment. Life was just made easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to bake and this sister and scale attachment is heaven. Makes song ingredients in top my mixes much easier and precise. Takes away from the time trying to use various measuring cups and such to get everything together and ready to mix for the final masterpiece. Very good thing to have around the kitchen if you love to bake like myself.

I prefer to cook rather than bake, but this streamlines the baking process so much. I can’t wait to us this to the max at the holidays when I’m the only baker/cookie maker in the family with a lot of mouths to feed. Great product to add to my much love KitchenAid.

Great kitchen addition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful to have in the kitchen. It is easy to use once you read the manual. The scale is great to use when equally dividing dough to make bread loafs. I hand washed the parts after each use. Great addition to my Kitchenaid mixer.

It's easy to use and dead on accurate. I just found it hard to use for other foods I make. I think having the scale was great!
