I’m not sure about the scale idea but I am enjoying the shifter. It was a very small learning curve to use but I got it.

Must have for baking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to cook but baking and creating pasta, dough, etc has never been my specialty. I think that is mostly because of how precise you need to be when creating these items and I am generally more of an eyeball and taste type of cook. I haven't had any issues with the size but I could see where having a larger container would be nice when making larger batches, especially if you are making pasta or pizza dough. Altogether, I have no complaints, this attachment has been a perfect addition. It makes it very easy to measure ingredients accurately and mix properly. It does the hard work for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watched the video several times and read the reviews before I bought it. It really helps when adding the dry ingredients, no more measuring cups! Didn’t’ have any trouble installing, using and clean up was very easy.
