[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Weighs accurately, blends dry items effortlessly. No problems with flying flour at a lower speed. Takes less time than doing it by hand. Not very noisy. Was easy to install.

I went to you tube the other day to check out what's new for my kitchen aid mixer and saw the sifter and scale attachment and ordered it and read. the reviews some said it was a lot of dust to be aware of, but I still wanted to try it and I was so thrilled that I did, It is so very easy to attach and use. and made a lemon coconut cake that was sooo delicious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging alone, brought excitement to the house as we unboxed the Kitchen Aid Sifter + Scale Attachment. Many of the concerns we had about the attachment initially had already been addressed. Simple features such as the slide to ensure that flour makes it into the bowl were greatly appreciated.
The sifter capacity is almost too small for some of my larger recipes that call for three pounds of flour, but it works if you genteelly place the lid on the sifter once full. This attachment may not accommodate larger or double recipes.
The height of the attachment did pose a slight issues for me, once the attachment is on the mixer the height makes it hard for a fun sized individual like myself to add flour, the simple fix is for me to detach the sifter and scale to fill with flour and then reattach the sifter.
The only true draw back of the product is though dishwasher safe it is very hard ensure all the flour has been removed.

Very convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my sifter and scale attachment for several years already and I find it very convenient especially that my hands easily gets tired. Sifting became a breeze. It gets tasks easily done once you placed the ingredients into it. Plus the handy scale is my friend for weighing other ingredients that donot need to be sifted. I highly recommend this attachment because of its functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am finding myself using this attachment more than I thought I would. I sifted a bread that I made and it was so light and fluffy, Perfect !!! I would love to be able to get a finer sifting screen since it does pop out, this would be an Awesome option and an improvement to a great attachment. Hoping KA considers this improvement.

I don’t understand why the mesh isn’t fine enough!? I just bought an over priced scale!

Sifter & Scale attachment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this attachment. Making sourdough breads, pastries and crackers is a breeze now. So convenient having the scale and mixer together. Faster and less mess in my kitchen. Highly recommend...especially if counter space is limited!
