[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not actually used my flour sifter/scale but I am giving it 5 stars based on the principle of the use and KitchenAid has not disappointed me yet. It will get heavily used in another two weeks when I do my Christmas cookie baking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to assemble as well as clean. Works perfect and can be stowed almost anywhere. Super easy and quick to set up. I think if you bake a lot this would be a good tool to make it easier to cook.

Add Sifting and Weighing to your Baking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never considered sifting ingredients necessary in the past but wanted to give it a try while adding measurements by weight to my baking practice. I have used this attachment a few times so far and have been happy with the overall functionality and results. Sifting can make a difference and weighing out the ingredients has provided more accurate results. The unit is slightly noisy as the metal bars scrape against the screen to sift but not much more than the mixer itself. I would have liked to see an option to shut off the sifter when not in use but still attached to the unit. The grams do not measure to tenths so I still have to use measuring spoons for smaller items. Overall, I am happy with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to bake and this Sifter and Scale attachment seemed like the right attachment for me. I’m very pleased with the ease of using and the cleaning of the pieces. It weighs perfectly and sifts out any small pieces of flour or sugar clumps. My baking is fluffier and taste a lot better! I didn’t think that was possible but it actually does make a world of a difference. I highly recommend this to professionals and home bakers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received it as a gift and I love it. I’ll admit it took me a bit to figure out how to get it apart for cleaning (the parts that could be washed) but it was easy to put back together. Definitely better for smaller batches.
