Worst Product & Customer Service in the industry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst experience buying an appliance in my lifetime! Never again with Whirlpool/Amana and I will be sure to tell anyone and everyone! I was sold a defective appliance, and NO SERVICE was available, no follow-up, and no interest once the sale was completed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the preset temperatures for the oven, they come in handy when setting the temperature to bake an item. What I don’t like is the flimsy drawer at the bottom of the stove. Might as well used heavy duty aluminum foil for the drawer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the stove. I actually bought two. One gas, one electric. My suggestion would be that the timer continues to ring until it’s manually turned off. A person isn’t always in the kitchen when the time is up.

Love the Coil Burner Stoves!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove to replace the glass top that was in my new house I just bought. I cannot cook on a glass-top -- I find it too hard to regulate the heat. This stove cooks perfectly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] although the range has a few more features than my old one (i.e. a timer/clock and oven light), there are some issues that I think should be improved on (considering the price), First off, the burner knobs aren't marked at the "on" position, sometimes I'm not sure exactly where the temp range is pointing (I had to use a sharpie to mark the knob to determine the position it was pointing), secondly, there's no indicator light to let me know which particular burner is heating (only an LED display telling me the "counter top is hot"), Also, the oven temp and timer settings can be a bit confusing to use and not too simple to set up (too many steps to go through to program). And lastly, when the oven is heating up it will make a weird "creaking" noise, kind of like the sound metal makes when it starts to expand under heat, Other than these issues the stove does function as a stove, it cooks, it bakes and it looks like a stove. Not a particular nice looking one though, very "plain Jane" and mundane in appearance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
