Barely a year :(

This has been a wonderful machine till month 14 hit and it's dead...ugh! Will not run only gets hot and the RED light is all I get to look at. It won't spin to descale, clean or make coffee. I am so frustrated because only 2 people use it and should last for years!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, we are thrilled to see you were able to speak to a Machine Expert and your machine is being sent in for a repair. We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. If you need assistance with your VertuoPlus Machine, please do not hesitate to contact us through our toll-free number, 800-562-1465. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance Thanks!

I love all the different options for coffee/espresso with this machine and am looking forward to continuing to experiment! I am equally as impressed with the aeroccino. So cool.

Disappointed in the Premium Cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago for home use and I am not sure what the benefits over the less costly version is we have at our office. Other than the rose color. Also, the foam that is created is not as nice as the other machine. I love the other machine, this one not so much. Disappointed
