Love our Nespresso, but the water chamber does leak when it’s very full. Wish there was more variety to the pods.

I do have some issues with this every once in a while. When I have people visit and more people use this machine, I found that you have to be sure to descale it way sooner than if it was just me using it. It’s not that big of a deal but can be annoying because sometimes the descaling process is a pain. I’ve found myself calling several times to help fix it and had to return my original machine and I had to return it and get a new one because it did stop working randomly. Customer service is extremely helpful though which makes it a bit better. Pods are quite expensive in my opinion but they are usually good quality so I don’t mind it too much.

Makes a great cup of coffee. Easy to use and fast heating, great for a morning cup of coffee. Programme of sizes so you can choose how big or small. I couldn’t be without it.

I love this coffee maker! It seriously makes the best cup of coffee. The pods are pretty expensive and you can't buy them anywhere but the website but it's worth it. I can't enjoy a cup of coffee from any other machine anymore. The sizing is metric so that's a bit difficult to figure out but helps me learn. And the reservoir is the perfect size!

the machine works great. however, getting the coffee in store locally is hard to find. it doesn't take up a lot of space and it heats the water pretty quickly.

I love coffee especially when it tastes like coffee and not burnt. However, I could do without the froth when it brews the coffee, maybe I’m still new but so far all my brews come with automatic froth. Labeling per pod is a bit confusing (too much going on for a coffee machine), but I’ll keep using it. Top of cup is the buildup from the froth.

I love it ! Every morning I get my single or doble espresso, machine works perfectly, heat water so fast, perfect temperature, perfect texture on the coffee
