A bit disappointed, expected more…

I like my machine, I appreciate a good cup of Nespresso coffee or too but the machine has its imperfections. Many times the capsule ejects and piles up in the chamber instead of falling into the bin. Now I have been without coffee for 3 days because the machine won’t brew. At first I was adding too much water to each brew, now it just has given up. Won’t even factory reset. For such a pricey machine I expect better functionality after less than 6 months. However, the customer service is amazing! I should be getting a replacement soon. Hopefully no issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Throw your money away

Me and my fiance are coffee lovers especially strong espresso. My elderly mother bought us this as a gift. Little did she know you can not use any coffee brand you wish. And thr pods are impossible to find at the grocery store! You have to special order online EVERY TIME. And they are not cheap at all. A sleeve barely has enough to get through the week for 2 people. Don't waste your money
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The BEST machine ever!

I received the Vertuo Plus as a gift a month ago, and this has CHANGED my life! I love how the machine will 'smart read' the barcodes on the pods and will allocate the water accordingly. It can make espresso, double espresso, and 2 different coffee sizes! I have not bought coffee from a cafe once since getting the machine! I highly recommend for all coffee lovers!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this maker. One

Love this maker. One button is great and love the creama it makes too. The down side is they don’t have refillable capsules. Hope they do at some point. Or at least give you some kind of discount if you do the recycling they have.

My favorite Covid purchase. I literally consume four shots of espresso per day. The espresso is delicious I don’t really drink their regular coffee. Also so convenient for barista type drinks and for making espresso martinis! (They have decaf espresso for after dinner drinks!)

Listen, this is the best investment I have ever made! Not only does this froth my coffee, it froths my milk too and it's exceptionally tasty! I have gotten my entire family hooked and they have all purchased this machine as well! Additionally, Nespresso develops relationships with small independent coffee farmers to help them farm more sustainably. Nespresso aluminum capsules protect the freshness of the coffee. When we recycle the capsules through the free Nespresso-UPS recycling program, the capsules can have a second life as new products. The coffee grounds inside each recycled capsule are composted into nutrient-rich topsoil. I absolutely love my nespresso vertuoplus coffee maker and the aeroccino, I love the flavors, the fact that its a coffee maker that allows you to have different sizes and flavors. Also, the pods are recycled and made into pens.
