After two years the machine died

Try to contact Nespresso about a repair or machine customer service! Good luck. I never found a way. When it works it's great. When it stops the only cure is buy another one!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is my first Nespresso machine and after a short YouTube tutorial (less than 5 mins), I was confident in operating the machine. It was great exploring the different pods and everything tasted great. I enjoy this better than my Keurig.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given my Verturo as a Christmas gift in 2019! I just bought another to have in my office! No more lines at a coffee shops. Better flavor than a coffee shop and so much more convenient.

This year our coffee machine broke and we contemplated for about a month about getting the Nespresso machine. It was worth every penny. I can’t wait to get out of bed and make a nice cup of espresso. Everything I’ve had has been fantastic. So many amazing flavors!
