[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really really loud and it is not picking up the pods as it should. It seems like I got a used/refurbished or broken one?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would have been 5 stars but I was replacing my original Nespresso machine which died. I have to say I like the espresso from the original line slightly more than from the Virtuo but it’s nice to be able to make standard cups of coffee now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine because I was tired of drinking cold brew every morning, and I could not recommend it more. You only have to press one button and it does everything for you. I love how sleek it looks too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our office Keurig went out and we decided to get a Nepresso instead and we are so glad we did. Easy to use, love that it comes with a little storage trashcan that just needs to be emptied once a day. Also love that they recycle huge fans!

Never thought I'd like this so much...

My husband and I are big coffee drinkers and we typically grind beans every morning for our coffee needs. I never thought I'd be a pod-coffee person until I experienced a Nespresso while staying at an Air BNB house this summer. We were instantly hooked and we bought the VertuoPlus a week after getting home! The flavor is excellent, there's plenty of variety of different roasts, and I love the simplicity of being able to have an espresso at the click of a button. While I'll still probably grind my beans most mornings, it's nice to have this machine for when I just don't feel like putting in the effort!
