[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a different machine and I received this as a gift. I wish I knew about the Nespresso brand sooner!!! Full of favor (not watered down), creamy, and a smooth finish. I love Bianco Leggero, it's my favorite flavor. I am so happy with this machine and I am looking forward to buying more products!!! If you are unsure, this is definitely the machine for you!!!

First machine fail, the 2nd seems to be working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon trying to use the machine for the first time, it spilled water all over the counter; repeat attempts resulted in the same problem. It seems that the seals within the machine were compromised, i.e. a manufacturing error. I had to call Nespresso and they sent me a replacement machine. That one seems to be working well, which is a relief. Glad to be enjoying the Nespresso coffees again!

Great Coffee!

We have another coffe machine that uses a different brand of cups and it is collecting dust. Iced coffee, espresso, and delicious coffee are easily made and enjoyed quickly. Don't hesitate to buy this amazing machine.
