Convenient and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m absolutely thrilled with my VertuoPlus Nespresso coffee maker. It’s perfect for making delicious espresso, lattes, and so much more. It uses centrifusion technology to spin the capsules to blend ground coffee into the perfect brew. I highly recommend!

Amazing coffee and customer service

Great coffee...BUT it doesn't last!!!!

Machine lasted a little over a year. It makes by far the best tasting coffee!!! My wife and I love this product; however, our beloved machine only lasted for a little over a year. :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Machine Expert will locate your account and troubleshoot to the best of our abilities via our Video Concierge service. If necessary, we also have repair and replacement options through our Assistance Service Program. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Good machine but problems on arrival

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to call customer service because machine out of the box would not turn on. After 1 hour was able to get machine to work but not a great start for a new product. Makes you concerned about quality of product

Great gift!

First time Mespresso coffee user

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I encountered the expresso only Nespresso machines during travel and I really liked it so I bought a vertuo machine. Easy yo use. Brews quickly. I have tried many varieties. My wife who rarely liked coffee now drinks coffee from this machine.
