Instructions are a 3/5 but machine itself is 5/5

Huge tip for cleaning cycle! The instructions are a little unclear for this part. Plug the machine in. Wait until the light is solid green. Press the button 3 times super fast and let it do its thing. At some point it gets really quiet and only an orange ring flashes around the button. Press the button one more time to ‘officially’ start the process. It took about 60-90 seconds for the water to start running through and then 5 mins total to empty the tank for cleaning. With that being said- Received as a Christmas gift alongside the Starbucks brand pods. I’ve used it twice and already love the difference between this and the standard drip pot I’ve used my whole adult life. The price is worth the quality of coffee especially if you are an espresso fanatic like myself and spent too much money at coffee shops!

Frustrating to Setup

My daughter bought the Nespresso plus machine for me for Christmas. She had been using a Jura machine for years and thought the quality of the coffee was just as good and recommended the machine to me. We got the machine out of the box set it up according to the instructions and it would not stop the cleaning cycle which is the orange ring around the top at all. I almost gave up and was going to call customer service today but yesterday after going through 15 to 20 YouTube videos I figured out how to reset the machine and all is good now. I don’t think those instructions were in the manual.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can’t live without my nespresso!!

It’s such a highlight of my morning to make my drinks and there’s so much to make with it. Loved it so much I gifted one for Christmas to the person who got it for me!

I just love my new Vertuo Plus

During the week of Christmas, I purchased the Vertuo Plus in Blue, the color as well as the machine is truly stylish. Also, the aroma and taste are amazingly delicious. I'll be back soon to get more Pods. I look forward to a cup every morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love your coffee. My only suggestions is to have more 1/2 decaf-1/2 caffeinated selections and an additional size of 10oz. that seems to be the standard coffee cup size. otherwise you have the best at home coffee available
