Worst machine ever

This machine is terrible. We have had Nespresso machines for years, and this is by far the worst. Constant problems... hours on the phone with customer support. Trying to get it replaced for our old model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. If you need assistance with your VertuoPlus, please do not hesitate to contact us through our toll-free number, 800-562-1465. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance Thanks!

Can’t get enough of it. A great investment if you love good coffee. I wish there were more flavors with the vertuo line- there was an amazing raspberry holiday pod but it was a special edition and sold out. :(
