[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my previous unit failed and was out of warranty. The unit is great, although it has some flaws right out of the box. It does not eject the used capsules each time as it should. It also seems to be louder than my previous unit. Otherwise, it still brews a great cup of joe!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does everything it promises--consistently good, custom coffees, quickly brewed from recyclable pods. It gets heavy use at my house, and is an improvement over a previous model.

Amazing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our machine AND the coffees! We first had them at a hotel, and were then determined to have our own. The machine does not take up much counter space, but brews quickly. We love the varieties of hot and cold beverage options... I just bought one for my mother for Christmas!
