Love the push button

Avoid at all costs.

Junk. Stopped working after a few years of sporadic use. Also, loud when it did work (which is normal for this model). Other models appear to have much better reviews. Avoid at all costs.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Bit of a rough start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee is delicious, a bit strong, but that's what milk is for, but the instructions for our Vertuo Next are, well, not so hot. Would it be so hard to put all the instructions for each language together? Why does the light at the top pulse? Not ready, not hot, or what?

4.5 Stars! Great coffee with a push of a button!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Ease of use! Sleek look, Quick, simple set up. Great coffee, with nice crema finish. I like my coffee strong and rich…Nespresso delivers that!! If you want “lighter” coffee, you can choose a different level of richness or run more water through the capsule again to dilute it. This should technically be 4.5 stars (no half stars available). I really like this except for the items listed in cons.
Cons: Small water storage, coffee temp is just a tad short of my desirable temp (wish it was a little hotter). But, you could zap in microwave to heat it up to hotness you want.

I have had my machine for over a year and I am obsessed! The alert to rescale or clean is awesome. Make sure you download the app! And always use filtered water. I will never use another machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been loving our Nespresso. So much better than Keurig. We initially bought it after watching our weekend Kdrama series. Using it has some cheesiness from the drama we associated it with. But the taste of the coffee is better. And the frother makes the milk froth better than other brands.
