It leaks

Leaking hot water and coffee. It does not work. I am not sure if the machine is seals 100%.

Italian-style coffee in minutes in your kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought a second VertuoPlus machine (after my first in 2019). I cannot recommend this model enough! While other Vertuo machines have different features--this one for me is a classic, with easy capsule-loading and quick access to the discarded capsule canister (in the back) and the water tank. The sleek design is a welcome addition to any kitchen, where you can welcome Italian-style coffee (including the coveted crema!) in your own kitchen!

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. If you need assistance with your Nespresso Vertuo Next Machine, please do not hesitate to contact us through our toll-free number, 800-562-1465. Each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty and lifetime troubleshooting assistance. We are confident that we can help find a satisfactory solution.
