Great Customer Service & Choice of Coffees

Great coffee, the connected tech maybe not so much

Poor product review, great company. I am a tech guy at heart so I was interested in the App integration and other technical features. The machine was replaced twice because it stopped being able to process the pods and would just flash error codes. Nespresso sent the replacements out very quickly with no angst on my part.
After the second one, they allowed me to switch to the non-connected model Evolou which has not given me a single problem since I got it over a year ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re pleased your machine issues were addressed by one of our machine experts, who replaced your machine with an Evoluo machine model. We recommend the first-time use steps once a week, as part of your machine maintenance. This flushes water through your machine to rinse away any coffee granule buildup from the head of your machine. We also recommend descaling your machine every 3 months or every 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Great coffee, great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this when our standard coffee maker broke. My daughter loves her machine so I thought I’d give it a try. The machine is so easy to use and everyone in the house can enjoy their specific coffee (rather than making a pot that appealed primarily to one person). It’s been fun to try different coffees and find which I prefer.

My new Vertuo Next

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Vertuo Next needed to be replaced. I could only make one cup before having to wait a couple of hours to make another. I think I used it too much!!! And I don't think I maintained it like I should have, either...according to instructions. Anyway, the new one works perfectly. I always make two cups of different coffees and combine them first thing in the morning, add a little heavy cream, and do some reading while sipping on some amazing coffee. I have a Keurig but I hardly use it any more. The coffee just never tastes as good as Nespresso.
