Do Not be enticed by the slim sleek design!

Do Not be enticed by the slim sleek design of this machine! Do your research and you will find it’s nothing but trouble. Nothing worst than wanting your morning cup of coffee and the machine not working. I have gone through all troubleshooting and still no coffee.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible - Don’t get this machine

I love Nespresso and had an original line for years. We decided to upgrade and get a Vertuo Next. It lasted for a year then stopped working. Customer service was great and sent a replacement. However then that replacement broke and we were sent another one. Three months in that replacement broke and we were sent a new one. We’re on our third replacement and this machine stopped working again. I’m happy customer service replaces the machine but this machine is horrible. I’m so over this and ready to just order a different machine.
Save yourself the trouble and get a different machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Barista made gourmet coffee at home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Nespresso Vertuo Next. It's so easy to create coffee-house barista creations with just the push of a button. It also makes this incredibly good foam with every cup. It's really addictive and we are enjoying trying different pods. Highly recommend if you enjoy good coffee.

I bought a brand new machine 2 weeks ago and brewed it only twice. The machine started to leak water

Coffee Heaven!

Nespresso Vertuo Next Coffee and Espresso is simply an amazing machine. The crema is thick and flavorful and there are a variety of different sizes and intensities to choose from. Espressos to Lattes this Nespresso machine can perfect them all.

Good Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a good machine for those that want coffee and espresso. My only real complain is that with the new centrifuge technology I get way too much foam on a coffee, where I do not need foam. So an 8oz coffee needs a 12oz or more cup to hold the initial foam, thus my favorite 10oz mugs do not work for the coffee as it will overflow.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wrestling the lid to close

We've had our Vertuo for close to a year now. Love how my coffee tastes and we saved so much money from going to a coffee shop. My only concern is I have to wrestle to seal the lid to secure the capsule in place. I literally have to put a little weight on it to pressure the lid to close. Is that normal? A friend of ours has an older version that you press the lid and it automatically closes to start the coffee process.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great and Convinent

I love this machine it saves me time on making good lattes and the espresso that comes out of the pods are strong. Honestly the lattes I make at home are very comparable to the ones I get at coffee shops. Saves me money on coffee!
