Would not recommend

I was initially excited to upgrade my coffee experience. Sadly, my machine just completely stopped working. I attempted all the different troubleshooting instructions. Nothing works. It will now be thrown out. The machine was used lightly, and only a few times throughout the week, so I expected it to last me more than a little over a year. I am now stuck with a ton of pods. I recommend looking at other coffee machines or sticking to the simple brewing ones.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So disappointed!

I bought this about a year ago, used it 3-4 times a week at my office, six months in it just stopped working. I looked at the manual, YouTubed a remedy. Nothing worked. It’s in a box collecting dust. I’m back to my old coffee pot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Real deal without the hassle

I am limited on the amount of caffeine I can have so I want it to be a good drink when I do. Something cafe like and enjoyable but I also don’t want to leave the house. That’s where Nespresso comes in- cafe style coffee, full of flavor and a caffeine buzz to pick me up!

Disappointing Nespresso Model

Have had this same Vertuo Next since fall of 2020. My issues are the 14oz vertuo pod is no longer available and we are having to use 2/7oz pods to fill a mug. Nespresso obvious motive was sell more 7.7oz pods. Machine is now louder than ever and the adjustable cup plate has never been level even at the bottom level.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please kindly note that while the 14 oz Alto capsules has been discontinued, we are now offering 12 oz Alto capsules that are compatible with the Vertuo Next, Vertuo Pop, and Vertuo Creatista machines. In addition, please note that the previous 14 oz Alto and Mug (7.7oz) capsules contain the same amount of ground coffee, and your machine can either be reprogrammed to brew a larger coffee, or push additional water through the capsule using the top-off function. To purchase the updated 12 oz Alto capsule, as well as for information on how to use the programming and top-off functions, we invite you to visit the Vertuo Coffee and Machine Assistance pages of our website.
