Bad quality - doesn't last

I had this machine replaced after 1 year - and Nespresso sent me a new machine as it was under warranty. I have now had this machine for 2 years - and suddenly doesn't work. I descale and clean regularly. This model of machine is a piece of crap. So frustrating the amount of times I have had to troubleshoot these machines, and the amount of money spent and they still don't work or last!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been buying bottled coffee/cold brew from supermarkets for years now and finally decided to get myself a coffee machine. Nespresso was not my first choice but I am so glad that I have chosen Nespresso! It has changed my life and my love for coffee has grown so much!

Don’t buy the Vertuo Next model!

I’ve had this Nespresso next machine for less than two years and it really has been temperamental out if the box. Today it started throwing error messages and flashing the message it needed to be cleaned, despite the fact it was descaled last week and is cleaned regularly. I treat the machine well and only use filtered water and clean it regularly. This model was purchased for my home office and is a bust! I would not recommend purchasing it. For reference, I’ve had a Vertuo Evoluo model that’s run without issue for four years and makes better tasting coffee than the Next model that broke.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect Cup Everytime

My nespresso makes my morning coffee routine a breeze. Each cup brews so quickly & filling up the water compartment + adding the pods is very simple.

Great Machine

I received this machine last December and I am so pleased with the quality of the coffee as well as the simplicity of this specific machine. The Vertuo Plus is sleek, fits into narrow-ish spaces and isn't overly heavy which makes it easy to pick up and clean. I'd definitely recommend!

This thing is a piece of junk. I've had it for less than two years and it stopped working. Tech support agreed there was an issue and said there was nothing they could do. This is after my milk frother died after like 14 months. These machines suck.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Classic, Classy Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband gifted this to me around a month ago. My coffee drinking experience has become next level. I have been working on using less sugar in my coffee and the answer is in Nespresso! The quality makes the need for additives in the coffee almost non-existent.
I would recommend this to a friend!
