Great coffee, but not sustainable

Works great until it doesn’t. My husband and I bought this machine in May of 2023. We both use it every day! We brew between 2-4 cups of coffee a day. In September of 2023, it started making this really loud grinding and whirring noise out of nowhere. Called customer support and they had me restart it, descale it, and try to troubleshoot it but nothing helped. Ended up sending it in for repair. They replaced 2 major parts and said it was fixed. Machine came back still making the noise, just quieter. Disappointed that it can’t even last a year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible quality

Broke within a year, not worth the money. Coffee tasted fine but these machines are too cheap and break too easily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Machine and Coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my second vertuo machine recently and absolutely love it. Quick and easy to use. Great design. Looks so good on the kitchen counter. Love all of the flavors especially the coconut year round!

Fast coffee, better pods, great flavor, cost effic

Perfect cup everytime, amazing support. No pod style coffee machine works faster or tastes better. After three keurigs, I'm glad I switched. Especially because of how good the support is for the machines. Dollar per dollar, not even including the fact that the pods are only aluminum not plastic, this machine is a healthier low energy consumption option compared to others. Go to forums or other sites to find a lot more reviews since there really aren't many on the Nespresso site and they don't always match the machine you're viewing

Great brewer!

I love this machine! I wanted a step up from regular coffee and wanted the ability to make lattes with milk. Super easy to learn to use and I love the crema added to the top layer. I would say that this coffee is pretty close to a coffee you would get at a cafe. You can find the best selection of pods online, but there are also some options at target. Pair with your favorite flavored syrup and you have great lattes!

Trash. Don’t buy.

Complete trash. Only worked for one year before it stopped working. Will not reset, have done all the troubleshooting recommended by the manufacturer and still nothing. Waste of money. Do not recommend. Would give it zero stars if I could.
