Great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally upgraded from a old coffee machine from a different brand and the nespresso is amazing. I look forward to having my coffee in the morning. The taste is bold, smooth, and so flavorful. I love the milk frother as well. A great purchase and will be enjoying it for many years to come!

After 2.5 years of use, the machine started making a weird noise and began vibrating too loudly. We clean it regularly with the Nespresso descaling solution and always maintain it like new. We only use it on the weekends as well. Unsure if this is the life span of a Nespresso machine which would make sense if the warranty is only good for 2 years. The coffee is better than Kuerig but is it worth having to buy a new machine every few years? Probably not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really wanted to love it

Lasted less than two years and came with many problems.
I love the Nespresso espresso and coffee but not sure I’ll be sticking with the brand. I have tons of pods with no machine to brew them. And the pod prices have gone up so much not sure if I’m saving much nowadays vs going to the coffee shop

I love this machine! It's important to me that the pods are recyclable. It's so easy to just drop them off at UPS anytime.

This machine has all the good features. I wanted a second VertuoPlus machine so I opted for my original because its size if perfect for the counter and holds enough water to be very convenient.

I’ve had this for awhile and I absolutely love this machine and especially the taste of the coffee. I dink mine on ice and it really allows the flavor to come out.

Slim design, great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two weeks ago after my older Nespresso machine stopped working. The slimmer design on the water tank and the overall machine is nice. It takes less space on the counter.

Don't waste your money

We bought this machine just a little over a year ago and now it's not working. Nespresso says there's a known issue with the censor (which is needed to read the pod) going bad. I would not recommend wasting your money on a machine that you might get a year out of.

However, we are thrilled to learn you were able to speak to a Machine Expert and we were able to replace your machine. We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first.
