Less than two years and it broke. It gets so frustrating trying to brew and always get the red light. Offered to fix since it is out of warranty or I can buy new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your VertuoPlus machine comes with a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. We’re pleased to see you have already discussed your out of warranty options to either repair your machine for $65.00 or purchase a new machine with an out of warranty discount of 35%, which cannot be combined with any machine promotional offer. When you’ve decided which option best suits your needs, please contact Nespresso directly at 800-562-1465. We’re confident you’ll be back to your Nespresso coffee ritual again soon.

Most Excellent Coffee Maker

Received this machine last Christmas. I have used it every day & sometimes multiple times a day with no problems. The coffee is delicious. Maintenance (descaling) is straightforward. Nicely engineered little machine..
Flavor offering seem fine. I don’t do ice coffee so no comments on that.
Great addition to any Kitchen.
