Won’t recommend this machine

Consistent machine issues. Have called Vertuo customer service multiple times. I don’t the design works great. Coffee grains get stuck and I spend more time cleaning that making coffee. Very poor design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my new Nespresso Vertuo Plus

It will work well for a short period of time then it’ll be dead, I have the old nespresso machine it’s much better than this one

We recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my vertuo plus for only a few weeks. The luxury to convenience factor is what drew me in to begin with. I would give it full marks except for two small things. I would appreciate the water chamber to be thicker or made of glass. And of course an even larger selection of new pod flavors to choose from.
