[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i recently remodeled a room to include a very tiny efficiency kitchen with minimal counter space. this vertuo next machine fits perfect on the counter and looks beautiful! slim, minimal and delivers a great cup of coffee! definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really happy with this purchase - it's sleek, and makes a great cup. also it works fast! Only complaint would be that it failed to recognize my bluetooth was on when it came to pairing the machine... but, who needs it paired to bluetooth anyway!?

Great coffee machine easy to use sleek design. Value for money is fantastic for the quality that you get love the fact the coffee pods get deposited in the back of the machine ready to empty.

Expected better.

I got it as a gift for Christmas and was so happy for first couple months, but then I explored downgrades of this coffee machine: 1.Pods is pretty expensive 2. It’s braked after 1 year, when I called support they told me they don’t will help me, because I used different pods (same vertuo pods, but with Starbucks flavor) apparently if you use ANY OTHER PODS EXCEPT FROM THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSITE, it means they not responsible for your machine. Even though Starbucks does this pods with collaboration of Nespresso and they visually fully identical. Disappointed. Also machine give different amount of coffee every single time (since day 1) , no matter if it’s original pods or Starbucks one.

Do NOT Buy This Machine!

Absolute junk machine. Unreliable and extremely buggy. Fails within a year - quits brewing coffee and wastes expensive coffee pods. Troubleshooting with customer support is demanding and tedious, with limited results. Do NOT buy this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your machine has a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting with a machine expert, via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty. We recommend calling us when you’re with your machine to speak with a machine expert and be presented with your options if troubleshooting is unsuccessful. We’re confident we’ll get you back to your Nespresso coffee ritual again soon.
