Love the ease

Numerous Issues

I have had numerous issues with this machine. Shortly after using it for 1 year, the brew button broke. Meaning the machine would no longer function. It is no longer within the one-year warranty and Nespresso would only offer me a 30% discount on a new machine. I have a Vertuo Machine at my office and have never had an issue with it in over 3 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A bad Christmas gift

I received this as a Christmas gift too my surprise it doesn’t even work. I followed all the instructions and watched the videos still my machine won’t do a thing.m
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your machine has a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting via our toll-free number 800-562-1465 or via live chat from our website, when you select the “Need Help?” popup, then select “Machine Assistance.” We recommend the first time use steps with hot tap water in the water tank to remove any air bubble trapped in the water line which can prevent flow. We recommend reaching out to us to speak with a machine expert to create your account, register your machine, and troubleshoot to find a solution. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options available via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty. Rich creamy coffee I look forward to every morning

Best coffee I’ve ever tasted, but I have to use a 7.7 and a smaller pod to make a mug of coffee. Love the machine, super easy to use but would like to be able to fill a travel mug with a single pod. But that’s a different machine that I don’t know about. It’s excellent for what it’s made for.

Totally In Love

Incredible machine, super easy to use & so much better tasting than keurig. If you’ve been on the fence about switching, take this as your sign to. I’ve wanted a nespresso for years and finally decided to snatch one up. Best decision I’ve ever made.

The best coffee machine on the market

LOVE my nespresso machine, I stopped drinking coffee outside altogether because you can’t really control its intensity, caffeination levels , sugar and milk levels etc. Nespresso always has deals around major holidays that are really good for their value + their new subscription service really makes this machine worth it!
