If you’ve not paired your Vertuo Next with your smart device, we kindly ask that you pair your machine to your phone and check for any Firmware updates. If the Firmware update is successful we’d recommend running a priming cycle through your machine once a week to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body, and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first.
