3-years of brewing and still spinning along. So far the only trouble ve had was a leak at the coffee outlet in the past month that I resolved by cleaning the spout module there. Breville model here.
I've enjoyed the unique approach to coffee, the espresso shots to make Lattes, the Iced Fortes on hot days, and even the Cold Brew is quite good... Once you add a bit of syrup at least.
The biggest complaint is the locking mechanism could be better. It takes a bit of force to push down and twist to lock for a good seal. A pull down bar version probably would have been a lot easier, and why the Vertuo Plus is tempting with its automated process for this.

This machine is of great quality, easy to use and bruise so fast! The coffee taste awesome! Simple clean up and very versatile! A must have at your coffee bar.

More decaf options needed

Love the coffee this machine produces!! I would give it five stars except that there aren’t enough decaf coffee selections (only TWO). I make my own decaf espresso pods, but would buy more Nespresso pods if more decaf options were available, especially some flavored options (e.g. hazelnut, mocha, vanilla).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing coffee, fantastic company

This is absolutely my favorite coffee maker I’ve ever had. You can select pods of all sizes and you’re able to brew them all and enjoy them in the push of a button. Each one is vastly different and you can select how strong you want your coffee to be. I brewed a double shot espresso in my photo as a perfect pick me up in the afternoon. When you order they send you a complementary disposable bag so you can send them your pods back so they can dispose of them in a way that it is good for the environment. Everything about this company is amazing and I would highly recommend.
