Great concept but failed execution

Unreliable. Double blink red light every other day requires wash cycles. Starting the day with having to battling the machine, support only adds to the aggravation. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is one of the best quality machines and the coffee pods choice is amazing. I have now been with Nespresso for 4 years and this machine has been with us for 3.5 years and still working perfectly fine.
First of, I like the choice of coffee pods. My favorite ones so far are the raspberry and chocolate ones. I with they would bring back the hazelino muffin pods back, as I haven't seen them for ages.
Back to the machine, this is a no brainer machine. Brews coffee within seconds with a press of a button. It is not too noisy. As soon as you clean it every now and then, you are good. Nespresso has the recycling system and will take the used coffee pods back in their own recycling bag.
The descaler is extra to buy, which is available in their website.
