Was good until it wasn’t

Bought this machine 7/1/24
Returning it today, 7/28/24
It was great until it wasn’t. Quit working in less than 30 days. Called the help line( someone answered at 5:30am on on sat !) and after 30 min of troubleshooting they determined we needed a new machine. They offered to send us a new one but will be going into Nespresso store today to get a different model

Probably the best coffee pod machine out there

My husband and I have been using our Vertuo Plus for a little over a year now. I love the sleek design of the coffee machine and that you are able to place the water tank behind, to the left or to the right of the coffee machine. It makes the Vertuo very versatile and suitable for bigger or smaller countertops. You can find a capsule holder in the back of the machine. The machine drops the capsule into the back for easy disposal. It’s also relatively easy to clean, but I would recommend taking a cloth and cleaning the inside of the machine regularly. Also make sure to keep the machine open after brewing a cup of coffee to avoid mould. The capsules come in a various amount of sizes from espresso shots to americanos. Nespresso has also got a wide variety of pods to offer in all of the categories.
We love the convenience of the Vertuo because you just grab a pod and in a matter of minutes you have a freshly brewed espresso or cup of coffee. I would recommend this machine to anyone who is in the market for a pod machine.

Not bad but not great

We’ve had this version of Nespresso for years now, but it’s our second machine and it’s not working great again.
They say because it spins at such a high speed? But it’s SO loud when it brews that it almost sounds broken.
Also I hate how you have to practically shove the piece over to lock it in place yo brew. The design just isn’t that great.
Other than that, it brews a good cup.
Just wish there were more coffee options and it brewed hotter

not the best model

So i absolutely love my nespresso for the simple fact i can have espresso and coffee at home. i’ve had a keurig but they just aren’t the same. my only drawback is that this machine is louder than my Keurig and im not sure if mine came this was or what but it is difficult to press down and shut. i’ve had it for little over a year and its having problems functioning. the quality of the coffee or espresso is great but im just not totally satisfied

Get a nespresso! We love it!

Many different coffee pods to brew! The cleaning process can take a while but if you do it often then it won’t be to much of a hassle. We love it! Perfect for hot coffees or iced coffees or even frappes. It isn’t to noisy and it smells amazing being dispensed! We have been loving our nespresso machine so much in my household. We had a keurig before this and there is no comparison, nespresso is a much stronger brew.

Delicious Coffee, Unreliable Machine

Let me be clear: when the Nespresso Vertuo Next was working, it was a dream. It brewed a variety of coffee styles with ease, from bold espresso to smooth coffee drinks and include my favorites, Odacio and Altisso. It quickly became an essential part of our daily ritual.
However, there's a concerning catch. My machine failed within the first few months, and while Nespresso promptly replaced it. After a little over two years, the replacement just recently died as well. A flashing red light became my unwelcome companion, and no amount of troubleshooting, including everything I could find online, could revive it.
Here's the kicker: a quick internet search reveals many other users reporting similar short lifespans and malfunctions with the Vertuo Next.
Ultimately, I had to say goodbye to the Vertuo Next and opted for the Vertuo Plus in hopes of better luck. While the Vertuo Next delivered undeniably good coffee, its short lifespan and reported reliability issues cast a shadow over its overall value. If you're considering this machine, be aware of this potential drawback and weigh it against the convenience and delicious coffee it can produce.

First one is cold. No matter what I always have to do one test and then makes a Luke warm one
