great coffee, if it works

great coffee, if it works. Repeated problems with this machine starting to brew then flashing error codes After three calls to support, two video calls and a lot of wasted time. The machine is just poor quality. Hard to clean and unreliable. Would NOTreccomend.

Your machine has a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting. If troubleshooting is unsuccessful, we have repair and replacement options to provide you via our Assistance Service Program, even when your machine is out of warranty. This has been the best coffee machine yet! Both espresso and coffee is amazing and all the flavors are so freshly brewed! It is very easy to use, clean, not too loud, and makes for the best hot coffee or iced latte, definitely recommend!

The nespresso is a higher quality coffee pod brewer compared to the Keurig. So many coffee & espresso pod strengths and flavors to choose from. It heats up quickly & quietly brews quality coffee. I use it all the time and always suggest it to people. They also have a recycling program for their pods!

This machine is incredible for on the go coffee. Very easy to clean and makes my morning so much simpler. I loo be all of the pod flavors available. Also appreciate the companies easy auto ship system. The water reservoir will generally last me over a week.

Not good quality

This is the second Nespresso machine I've owned, and it has been disappointing at the least. It has been glitchy from the very beginning and completely broke in less than 2 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You can repair your machine with a 6-month repair warranty for $65.00 or receive a 35% out of warranty discount towards the purchase of a new machine with a new warranty. Descale is DAUNTING! It IS rocket science!

Dear Nespresso, Just give me one button to descale!! I have had my Vertuo Next for 2 years. I would have given it more than three stars... but descaling this machine is daunting! I love the machine, it understands the assignment... but descaling is a nightmare! I have watched tutorials and it does not work as it is supposed to. It is a frenzy of pushing buttons, holding them down, locking the lid, unlocking the lid... only to have it act like it is descaling without actually descaling. I have wasted all my descale sauce! When I get up in the morning, the machine blinking orange telling me it needs descaling (and it was descaled the day before) before getting my morning coffee makes me see red! I literally have to unplug the pot and plug it back in to get my one cup. You seriously need a rocket scientist to come and descale your pot. I am to the point that I want to buy another machine because this one is impossible to descale. Please let us know the steps of descaling in the sales pitch!
