Second machine to break!

This is our second machine and the second one just stopped working like the first one. We clean it regularly. We did the descaling and everything and it’s only a year old! We love it and the coffee it makes but the last two have not lasted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke within 3 months

I’ve had my verturo next for 3 months and it no longer works. It’s slowly been breaking every time I use up but it’s always worked to unplug it and plug it back in to reset it. I’ve tried descaling, cleaning the entire thing, and troubleshot everything I could with the manual. While I was trying to clean it tonight it started leaking water from the bottom and filled up the basin inside. For as much as these cost they’re an absolute waste.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You’ll never use any other coffee maker after u us

I could talk forever about this coffee maker. The coffee is brewed perfectly and with so many beautiful layers of creamy foam. In The picture I attached, I didn’t even use the frother, it was brewed like this. When the water gets low, the machine tends to get a bit loud but that’s nothing compared to how lovely of a cup of coffee is brewed. When u open the machine up, the pod automatically shifts to the back to be emptied into the attached container. The versatility of it is superb!!!! I was a Keurig user for YEARS but I let everybody know about the Nespresso every chance I get.

Customization minimal and it was not easy to order the descaler. Nespresso is too exclusive can never find pods anywhere so I went back to a pour over less hassle

Absolutely Love!

I use this every morning. I'm absolutely obsessed. If you enjoy a strong cup of coffee with crema on top, look no further. This machine is a must-have. The only issue is keeping the pods stocked!

I have a brand new vertuo next I have never been able to used that doesn't work😭. I purchased it a few years ago but didn't use it as my Nepresso Plus was still going strong. Now I'm out and have to decide on a new machine. Unfortunately it wont be nepresso. Please do better

new power cord, please

I agree with Susanf's review below. My wife and I enjoy the sleek look of the machine. We enjoy the coffee, it is excellent. I also make pour over drip coffee, we do like a variety of coffees. But as the review says, the power cord is a nuisance and eyesore. It is thick and surprisingly rigid, and impossible to "hide". It defeats the visual appeal of the sleek machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Happy with the coffee pods but the machine itself is a bit misleading, you have to try several times until you get the pods in
