Terrible

Worst machine I’ve ever had. Everytime I go to use it I have to rinse it and then it might work. Doesn’t heat up and then just flashes. Threw it out the door would no recommend

Delicious!!!!

Want a true coffee experience? That's what you get with the nespresso vertuo. The coffee that comes out of this baby is the most delicious I've ever tasted. This is true coffee house at home! I use this multiple times a day! It's sooooo good, and this machine is so easy to use. Just pop in a pod, press brew and viola!

Simply The Best

The Nespresso Vertuo is easily the best coffee brewer on the market. From its one touch operation to the simplistically elegant design, this quiet and well designed machine is all that I could ask for and more. If I had to critique one thing it’d be that the Sunny Vanilla pod is not available year round. Take care of that ASAP guys.

Pop Goes into the Drink

Like many other customers I had nothing but unsatisfactory experience with this cheezy budget model. Was in a box for a year until a move then, set up for guest use but it failed in my kitchen after a few months leaked all over.. A horrible mess and significant waste of expensive coffee pods. I decided to NOT call customer service after my original Vertuo machine also failed after 2 years. You can not ship a machine from Hawai'i for any reasonable price so took the hostage deal of a discount on a new machine, so far working for almost a year but very LOUD. I clean it regularly but there is a half yellow and half red light when it heats up so that must mean something like doom soon, I actually took the Pop model to the dump and pitched it over into a container which was shipped to Honolulu and to who knows where after that. I own several original pod machines and they work far better.

I go through walk-through coffee in my kitchen

Makes an amazing cup of coffee. With the froth on the top love the fact that it is Wi-Fi enabled it updates the firmware it cleans itself. It isn’t noisy. It has lasted through the years. Only downfall the ponds are a bit expensive but when you compare them to going to a chain coffee shop daily it’s actually cheaper. Gives you the feel of going through drive-through daily but you’re only walking through your kitchen for an amazing cup of coffee.

A must-have for anyone who loves coffee

The Vertuo Next was one of my first purchases after landing! This is a great machine that supports so many sizes/types of coffee - all adjustable from the app. It’s a bit of an indulgence but worth it!
