Gray cup that hold pods broke after a year

I love my VertuoPlus. However, it broke after a year, just outside of the warranty period. Multiple reviews have shown the same issue: The gray cup inside that holds (and I assume spins) the pods popped out. After many attempts, I was able to screw it back in but it hasn't worked 100% right ever since. It brews espresso. However, it's loud and no longer ejects pods. Taste: 5 stars. Longevity: 2.5 stars.

Simple brewing

The compact design makes it ideal for any counter space. It has a quite heating process, that is also quick, reducing time wasted waiting for your espresso to brew. Speaking of brewing, it has an auto brew size calibration determined by the size of the pod. Whether you are looking for a single shot, double shot, or a full cup of coffee, it will calibrate for you.

Great coffee. I've had mine for years & look forward to my coffee every morning. Fantastic support when needed (cleaning, descaling etc)

Makes a great cup of coffee!

The weak plastic for the used pod puller doesn’t pick up the bigger pods, but I don’t get too dirty manually moving the pod to the discard bin. I love that this machine makes all of the varieties of virtuo pods.

Still Going Strong After 2+ Years!

I’ve had my Nespresso machine for over two years now, and it’s been absolutely flawless. No issues, no maintenance headaches—just consistently great coffee every single day. It’s quick, easy to use, and makes café-quality espresso right at home. I’ve tried other coffee makers in the past, but nothing compares to the rich flavor and smooth texture Nespresso delivers. It’s honestly one of the best purchases I’ve ever made!

Useful product and variety

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month as a Mother’s Day gift for my wife and we have used it almost everyday. We like it and it has replaced us buying Americano, Lattes from coffee shops cutting down our cost. We also enjoy the many different capsules that are available for enjoyment. I prefer stronger espresso ones and my wife enjoys the coffee pours.
