Amazing coffee

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super happy with my machine. But I did noticed the sit on my machine for the coffee cup moves a lot. I just purchased the machine a month ago go or less

TERRIBLE INVESTMENT

I bought this machine 1 year ago and it has been a terrible investment. The coffee does not flow out and the troubleshooting provided zero value in fixing the machine. The app is also pointless in resolving any issues. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have to get a new one a year in.

I bought this product just over a year ago. It has been very gently used. I do not brew coffee through it every day. I’ve done the routine cleaning and de scaling. I have the notifications set up that let me know if there is an error for my machine. It keeps overheating. I called someone from Nespresso and she asked me to clean the machine with soap and water. I have done that multiple times as well as the routine cleaning when necessary. They said there’s nothing they can do and I have to get a new machine. I absolutely love the coffee that it makes but this is just ridiculous. I paid a lot of money for this machine and took great care of it and now I have to get a whole new one a year in. I asked if I had done anything wrong, and she didn’t really give me an explanation. I don’t know if I want to go purchase a whole other one, just to have to get a new one in another year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

7 Years, Going Strong!

We've had our VertuoPlus Deluxe package for over 7 years now. It's our go-to coffee maker, and we absolutely love it. We make multiple lattes daily, and also like to unwind with some cappuccinos or even an affogato if we're feeling fancy. The Nespresso VertuoPlus and frother give us everything we need to make incredible coffee creations at home!

My Old Friend

I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve had my red VertuoPlus machine for 9 years (same machine) and have never had an issue with it. Oh maybe the tank leaked small amount of water once or twice which I quickly solved with little effort. It was basically a bad seal around the little O ring at the base so I disconnected the tank and reconnected it which stopped the leak. Another time I had to reconnect a couple times. No problem considering the satisfaction I get from my little machine. I did buy a backup about 5 years ago when they were considerably cheaper just in case something happened to “Little Red” but my original machine is still going strong. I love it !🥰

Love this coffee maker!

Love this coffee maker! This makes the best cup of coffee, it even has a layer of foam on top that is just perfect. You basically don’t even need milk, it comes out so perfectly! It’s a bit loud which I don’t love but the maintenance is super easy and it’s perfect for when you’re on the go or running out the door.
