The standard for all Vertuoline machines

I've had my machine for over a year and have had nothing but great success.
Setup was a breeze and time and time again pods work the 1st time. If you by chance mess up a pod or run out of water you can either play the speedy open/close the top or take the loss and pop in another pod.
1 star off because the instrcutions for descalling arent clear and it takes going on youtube to get the right way to run the process.
I dont see me needing a new machine anytime soon, but that doesnt mean I dont have a Vertuo Lattissima on my list.

Really love the quality of the coffee I get with these pods. Don’t like how expensive the pods are though. The design is well thought out, and the machine is durable.

this machine is absolutely terrible. I’ve had 3 machines replaced by nespresso and the 4th one has just broken. I’ve wasted so many pods trying to get this thing to brew. very occasionally it will work but 99% of the time it won’t. I will never buy another nespresso machine and I will never recommend them to anybody. the design is severely flawed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn’t brew anymore

Like the machine but now I put in a pod and nothing happened. It pokes through the pod but no water through it.i have cleaned and descaled this machine.

Poor design

My old vertuo machine broke and I chose this machine as a replacement. However this model design is horrible with the water container in the back of the machine. You have to completely pull the machine out from the wall to add water. And while it touts being “thin” it is way too deep for the counter and sticks out from my other machines. . I returned, huge disappointment. Would love to get my first vertuo machine back but it does not accommodate the larger pods.
