Fast, stylish, and easy-to-use coffee machine that

I’ve been using the Nespresso Vertuo Next for several months and it has been a great addition to my mornings. The design is sleek and compact, so it doesn’t take up much counter space. Brewing speed is very fast, and the coffee always comes out hot with a rich crema. There are plenty of flavor options to choose from, and each capsule delivers consistent taste. Maintenance is simple with the detachable water tank and automatic cleaning reminders. The machine feels durable and high-quality, making it worth the investment

Disappointed

My daughter gave me this machine a year ago in August for my birthday and I had loved it because it had never failed me at all until this week - a little over a year only and it stopped drawing water from the reservoir. So disappointed. I have never any other kind of water except reverse osmosis water but a friend has suggested that i try to poke around the lines to see if something might have lodged in it - maybe I will - when I’m done recuperating from surgery. In the meantime - I am craving coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Unreliable

This machine is such a disappointment. I’ve had it for more than a year. It’s cute, but it is very unreliable. It often takes several attempts and even several wasted pods to get it to brew. And literally all I’m doing is opening, closing, un-plugging, adjusting the water filter, and then for some unexplained reason, it will eventually brew. For a while it was brewing the wrong amount, but I figured how to reset that, so that’s improved, at least. I’m a big Nespresso fan, but I do not recommend this machine. The Vertuo Evoluo was a much better machine for a good 7 or 8 years before it gave up, and then I made the mistake of getting this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is hands down my favorite coffee maker for home use! I can make lattes and cappuccinos in under 5 minutes and it tastes so good! So many different pods options to choose from, high quality machine and super easy to use! I love that it automatically removes the old pod to another compartment, making it super easy to clean and remove old pods. Pro tip: for drinks that use milk/creamer, bianco doppio is the best pod!

Coffee is amazing, when it works. I use the Nespresso descaler and cleaner and still have issues with my machine. I can never use two pods in a row, there has to be at least 3 minutes in between pods, unlike a Keurig. It overheats SO frequently that I am so close to just throwing it away. That’s how frustrated I am with it. Today, which is what has caused me to write this review, I haven’t used this thing in days, and the very first pod makes it overheat. Ridiculous.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
