Most of our machines come with at least a one-year warranty and a lifetime of troubleshooting, via our toll-free number 800-562-1465. We recommend calling in to speak with a Machine Expert at a time that is convenient for you. They may be able to offer some other options that work for you. Awful machine

Awful, awful machine. I’ve been using Nespresso since its earliest days and this is the worst machine I’ve ever had. Just as has happened the hundreds of people on Reddit and the Web my machine developed the horrible flashing red light problem. I have wasted dozens of pods. Reset, descaled and cleaned many times to no avail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Is there a way to make temperature hotter? I love it but find myself having to microwave it after adding creamer.
