Love the coffee and ease of the machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this machine at the end of September when our previous one started leaking all over the place. Our previous one had an automatic lift and this one does not have that. The pod ejector does not work on our new machine and so we need to pull the pods out after each use, it makes the pod catcher space in the machine essentially useless. We enjoy the coffee and the ease of the machine, but we are disappointed in purchasing a new machine and not having some perks and others not working on the machine brand new out of the box.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn’t be happier! Brews hot coffee with lots of froth eliminating the need for a frother. Coffee is delicious. My only complaint is the water tank is plastic and I would prefer that it be glass. I feel like I get the same quality of coffee as a coffee house if not better!

A few disappointments…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Vertuo Plus for many years and love it! The “Plus” did not accommodate the larger pods for a 12 oz cup of coffee which I was not aware of when purchasing the larger pods. One drawback of the newer Vertuo Next was the change in how the pods are loaded. Instead of gently touching the clamshell tab to open, the pod loading is difficult to manipulate for me with arthritic hand issues. If you like a nice piping hot cup of Joe in the morning, this model doesn’t come close to the brewing temperature of the Vertuo “Plus.” I do like the ability to brew larger pods and will continue to use, but am very disappointed in whatever was changed in the brewing design. Need to microwave multiple times to enjoy hot coffee which is not always convenient.

Color, speed and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent machine, when I needed a new one I could not wait for it to arrive, it’s super reliable and easy to setup and use. Cleaning is also a breeze just remove the container and empty the contents to recycle.
