[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Vertuo Next. The first one I got broke after one year of use. I had just past the 12 month warranty period, unfortunately. I was offered a slight discount on a new machine. Hoping this one continues to work!

Love the coffee- hope machine long lasting

Gift for my birthday first of October. Have loved the coffee and reordered several different sleeves including holiday blends. All have been excellent. 7.7 pods are really great when we do not want to make a full pot of coffee. Wish it produced a little hotter cup of coffee but overall excellent results. After reading the lower rating reviews, I have concerns with the quality of the machine and how long it will last. So far so good but will be sure to write a review if I see quality issues. For now, loving the different flavors. We use the 7.7 pods into a smaller Yeti double walled cup which keeps coffee hotter for longer periods of time. We also use filtered water which we believe delivers a better tasting coffee. When everything is working as designed, it is one of the best tasting coffees in town.
