Great for those that are not tech savvy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple enough setup which includes running a rinse cycle. Very easy to follow instructions. The unit itself feels very sturdy and was packed and shipped well. The Vertuo pods are completely different from the older capsule style pods; they come in varying sizes depending on the type of coffee or espresso you are making. One button runs the whole machine which makes this ideal for the less tech savvy folks. Espresso came out with a beautiful crema and was piping hot. This machine produces a better flavored coffee and espresso than a Keurig but is not quite as good as some higher-end home espresso machines. Overall a good buy if you are looking for quick and convenient coffee.

Not User Friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Opening this machine, it felt very high quality and very luxurious. It had a heavy feel to it. That’s about where my good experience with this product ends. There isn’t any instruction manuals included. They give you a barcode to scan to then take you to a website to search for the PDF for your machine. I am not a fan of this method because the instructions were hard to read and were confusing. They were all over the place and there wasn’t any start or end to how to set it up. I then downloaded their app that you connect to the machine with. It gave me one video about two minutes long to set up the machine. That was after the difficulty of signing up with their app (which also isn’t very user friendly).
I followed the instructions in the video provided and started the machine. It only gave me a couple teaspoons of coffee right away. So then I clicked the brew button again. Same thing. I could NOT figure out what was going wrong. Then the light turned red on top and wouldn’t let me do ANYTHING further with the machine.
My entire family tried figuring it out and nobody could. I have lots of experience with coffee machines, and this one is confusing and hard to figure out for how simple it should be. I have never struggled in my entire life to set up a coffee machine like this.
The pods are also oddly shaped. They are not like Kcups, they are small and round. That limits the availability of these to when you want to refill them.

Chic and easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine itself is gorgeous and chic! I love the white color because it goes with everything! This nespresso is very easy to use and brews delicious, frothy espresso! The only downsides to this nespresso are that it’s somewhat loud when it brews and the pods are pricey! But definitely cheaper than going out to get coffee! I think the nespresso is a perfect option if you like to make espresso drinks but want it to be simple and easy to use!

Makes my coffee so smooth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like that this machine is compact and doesn’t take a lot of room on my counter. The top is a bit hard to open and close with the lock. I usually need both hands to open it so people that have dexterity issues might have trouble. The pods dump out in a bin on the inside which is nice for cleanup. The coffee/ espresso comes out so smooth and a great temperature. I will absolutely be using this every morning. No mess, no heating up water, saves me time and the machine looks sleek.

Great coffee/espresso maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nespresso Vertuo Next is so easy to use. The coffee is made in a short amount of time at the perfect temperature. I like the sleek design as it does not take up too much space on my countertop. I haven’t found a flavor that I love yet, but it looks like they offer many additional flavors online. I love that the unit itself is made from recycled materials. I also love how the machine empties the pod for you after brewing when you open it up next time and that you just have to empty the bin once it is full. Overall I think this is a great design. One of the thing I like the most is the creama it makes on the top.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im glad this was free and i didnt waste money on it,the entire setup is a mess and its loud early in the mornings and does what it wants,when the coffee machine messes up and you open it to fix it then the coffee pods fall into the 'bin' and its just a whole mess

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nespresso vertuo next machine is a stylish looking,creates smooth coffee with a brilliant crema every time, easy to use, mess Free and heats up quickly. All you need to do is place a pod inside and press the button. The machine is made from 50% recycled plastic. The coffee tastes great and wakes me up everyday. Great 👍
