Whirlpool failed to provide warrenty

The machine broke down after a few months. We were under warranty, but Whirlpool could not get the parts. Service is horrible and very unresponsive. We even wrote a letter to the CEO, who does not care. The executive management team has no power to handle the situation and would not offer any solution. The support numbers provided here are worthless. The technicians sent out had never seen this machine before.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DONT BUY WHIRLPOOL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit was purchased for the school I work for. The unit was purchased brand new in July 2022. I called for service twice & each time I was given the run around.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Service

I have tried to get this thing repaired for going on 3 years now. First it was a weight block, then error codes F27, F70 and D5 THEN the only whirplool authorized tech. said it was our electric (WE HAVE 2 of these). This one in particular has been a problem from day one and for this money, to not be able to replace it from the beginning (it's been used 1 time)...we are a NPO and couldn't afford to be let down like this but we were.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
