Disappointed - ice maker died in less than 2 years

Got this fridge off the good reviews. My experience is that in less than 2 years my ice maker has died. Now I am having to search around to find a replacement part ASAP. My last fridge lasted 10 years.

One feature that would make it perfect - provide a few more height adjustment options of the shelves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was main reason for purchase of all appliances. We LOVE the ice in freezer! Gives much more room in fridge. The water dispenser in fridge is terrific, saves in buying bottled water. Love the clean, white look. Freezer with much room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator looks good, the glass shelves are nice, and temperatures are kept precisely where I want them (just above 32 for fridge and just below 0 for freezer). The recommended setting is 4 out of a maximum coldness of 7 but I set it at 6 to get my desired temps, which are slightly lower than recommendations. The fridge doesn't have some features (door alarm, blower stops when door is open) that my previous one did but my previous one went through three compressors in seven years. Which brings me to my main point: reliability. I will LOVE this fridge if it performs without hiccups for 7-10 years. We'll see. Meanwhile, I like it!

Great Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for a few weeks. It's so quiet compared to our older refrigerator and it puts out so much less heat from the back. The interior is laid out well for convenience and care for your produce. The light fills the entire unit terrifically. The French doors feature is more convenient than a side by side. I can find no faults...we love it!
