[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have looked at this refrigerator for over a year and am so happy to finally got it. I redid my kitchen and got all whirlpool appliances and I love them all. The refrigerator is quiet. Love the middle drawer and all the room. I think my favorite is the freezer on the bottom and how easy it is to see my items. I had a side by side before and was hard to fit certain items and it looked a mess. I also like how I dont notice fingerprints. It is easy to clean and I love the style.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This review is not incentivized. The fridge looks great and is quiet. Keeps foods cold. It’s fancy, but not worth the extra price tag for its bells and whistles.
The door glide that locks into place gets jammed after two years of use. As a result the door doesn’t close entirely. We have to give it a firm push to ensure it stays put. The seal on the other door is falling off. I’m not a fan of the water dispenser either. We drink a lot of water which means we’re frequently opening the door. The rate the water comes out isn’t slow, but it isn’t practical to fill a pitcher unless you want to waste cool air.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this unit in April, a great unit I have other Whirlpool appliances and would have anything else. the only thing I don't like it doesn't have a water filter built in . I was a Kenmore user for years and made the switch because of the good name and price. would recommended his unit to anyone.

After getting used to all the bizarre loud noises, am annoyed to find after almost four years the ice maker has predictably gone belly up, like my other whirlpool gold. The door gasket is also torn for some reason. As expensive as this one was, I thought it might be better quality. Although it runs pretty efficiently, I do have to warn everyone to double check the doors are closed, especially the freezer. It has good qualities and a few bad but I think these appliances should last much longer than they do.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
