Nice Functional Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaced a 30 year old refrigerator. We opted for the French door model for pricing and interior refrigerator storage. Interior space is HUGE.......Lighting is superb......Don't have to bend to find something at the bottom of fridge......Fit and finish is above average......Install was smooth. The only negative I have after 30 days is the ice buildup on the top of the freezers door. My guess is that condensation develops on the divider plate on fridge section and leaks down onto freezers door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great box for the money

We got this French Door model when our older side by side failed one Sunday evening. I was frankly skeptical about the French Door design being an improvement over the side by side design..too little freezer and barely enough fridge space. I was wrong, I really like the design.Two small negative observations there is what appears to be dried up spray on insulation which must have oozed out of the corner joints in manufacturing. It is probably easily dealt with a solvent but I expected better.Also the two main doors don't precisely line up horizontally with one another, this doesn't affect the fridge, it is just a quirk. I probably wouldn't have noticed it if the insulation had not oozed out of the corner joints.VERY minor faults with another wise very nice refrigerator. I really like this new box.

I like not having to bend over to get into the fridge all the time as I am 6'4" tall. I don't mind bending over for ice once in a while. This unit looks great and works wonderfully.
