This is the best unit we have ever owned. However the only thing we are not that keen on is the freezer drawer. My wife has a hard time opening the drawer and closing it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good overall product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator about a month ago and so far we're happy with it. I have two minor concerns. First, the handle on the freezer does not attach to the freezer as securely as it should. The refrigerator doors are easy to open, therefore the handles aren't "challenged" as much as the freezer handle is. The freezer is heavier and requires more force to open, this puts stress on the freezer handle. Also, the noise level is a little higher than I expected it would be.

product was purchased over one month ago. we are extremely pleased with the appearance, storage and ease (without racking our backs) when removing or storing items in the refrigerator. i don't know about anybody else, but i can only assume this must be a big issue with most people. should have done this years ago.

A beeper on when the doors are left open would be better. Otherwise we are very happy with this product!

I decided to give Whirlpool a try and buy American. Everything seems to work well, I like the wide shelves. The Containers are big enough only the bottom wide container you have to open both doors to get to it. The left door you have to close firmly or it won't close.
I would recommend this to a friend!
