Poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The door on the inner drawer is designed poorly. It falls off the pegs with the slightest movement. I have contacted Whirlpool about this via their website but all I have received are spam emails like this one that directed me to leave a review....so poor customer service as well. I would not recommend the purchases or Whirlpool.

This is without a doubt the worst piece of junk refrigerator-freezer I have ever had the misfortune to own or use. Continuously noisy, clunky sounds coming from it at all hours. My wife has thought there was someone in the house after hearing some of the noises coming from it. Clunking sounds throughout the day and night from it. The freezer is terrible. It is small and holds very little. Worse than that is the inability to know if the freezer has closed properly. We have repeatedly found that the door was ajar, but the light wasn't on. Stay away from this refrigerator-freezer. This is a whirlpool problem not the retailer problem, although the retailer usually has to pay the price for the piece of junk whirlpool has built. This morning, for an untold number of times, I went to get ice and there was two-inches of water in the ice tray. The door was open slightly, but you could not tell by looking at it. Stay away from this, you have been warned. We didn't notice when we bought it that there was an inside filtered water dispenser. When the delivery guy set it up he showed it to us and we thought, well, it was a pretty good idea. We were wrong. It is one of the worst ideas in an appliance that is filled with the worst performance and ideas I have seen. In order to get any reasonable amount of water you have to leave the door open for long periods of time. Freezer light is intermittent, appliance is noisy, clunky sounds, undependable, ill-performing junk from Whirlpool. Most of the below deserved a rating below 1-star. Convenient star system that assures at least one-star for a product that deserves no stars. Do not buy. Even this website is terrible. It asks for a nickname and doesn't warn you that the nickname chosen has been used. You have to wait until you hit submit to find out it is not available. Terrible, terrible, terrible, from a company had previously thought more highly of. This review is about this refrigerator and the poor quality of this evaluation not the rest of their products.

disappointed poor finish

Disappointed....I purchased this refrigerator on 12/6/15. On 12/9 I realized that it has a small bump on one of the doors that protrudes from the inside out. Clearly a manufacturing defect. Its a small but annoying. The performance of the refrigerator is very good. Temperature is consistent and the ice maker fills the tray in 24 hours. Carefully inspect your appliance before you accept it.

Good fridge but ice maker inconvenient

Fridge looks great, has a real stainless steel front, very roomy inside. Perishables seem to last a long time. Only complaint is that the ice maker is inconvenient. It's in the bottom freezer, and you have to pull out the shelf to get to the ice. Pulling out the shelf invariably causes a few pieces of ice to fall to the bottom of the freezer.

This refrigerator came with the house that we bought. It is okay. The water dispenser is inside and you must open the door to access the water. I would have trade it for different model so we can get to the water and/or ice dispenser without having to open the doors to access them.
