Love it, with small complaints

Overall, we are very happy with it! We have two small complaints: The piece that covers the long drawer (that comes up when you pull the drawer out)....comes off frequently.2-The piece that senses when the freezer drawer is open, gets frost on it causing it to get stuck shut and the light won't come on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roomy, Basic, Economical, Well Made, and Great Price

We're very happy with this purchase. Our old Brand X 23" bottom freezer was on its last legs and we needed more interior room and a quieter refrigerator. She buys lots of fresh veggies and noise drives me nuts. We wanted a more upscale, simple basic refrigerator with no bells and whistles --- no in-door water and ice, for instance. We chose this model because it had the most interior room for our available space (26" max) and because it was a Whirlpool, same brand as our other appliances. By opting for no in-door water, we gained a great deal more shelf space on the left french door. And --- it is much more quiet. Only one regret. My wife insisted on stainless steel instead of white or cream, so it shows every single fingerprint.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Plenty of room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago. I love it!!! There is plenty of room, because the pull out freezer and decision not to get ice maker on the outside of the frig. The finish is beautiful, easy to clean.

not happy at all

Only had this refrigerator for 5 weeks. Already had to have service. The ice is frozen in one solid block every few days. Waiting on a start up switch for the compressor. Or it could be the compressor. Not impressed at all. The refrigerator I replaced was 8 years old and never had to have service until the end.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A great buy for the money

We bought this two weeks ago, and so far, so good. We're pleased with the product, it's quiet, and it produces enough ice in the lower freezer for the two of us. The only thing I don't like is the ice maker doesn't shut off on it's own, we have to do that so that the ice tray won't overflow when it's full. It does show a lot of finger prints, so we have to be careful not to touch the front panels. I think it's got plenty of space for two people. I'm so glad that we didn't get the one that had a water dispenser, we had that feature before, and I was never that happy with it because we had to buy filters so often, and that was an added expense. So far I feel we made a good choice, and I would recommend this refrigerator to a friend.
